Charlene Jegen

Hinton has been home since 2011 when she relocated from Edmonton, AB. A NAIT graduate with a background in accounting in a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, financial education, safety services and retail. It was no surprise when she left office life to pursue her passion for real estate in 2018.

Charlene quickly identified a need for property management in Hinton and was the first licensed property manager to align herself with the Hinton rental market. Having successfully owned and managed personal investments since 2012, Charlene applies her knowledge and experience managing numerous independently and collectively owned properties in Hinton. The satisfaction of helping families and individuals find suitable housing while helping property owners achieve their investment goals is a win win.

In 2022 Candescent Property Management was founded, a brokerage dedicated to offering the best services in property management.

Nicole Marcoux

Nicole was born and raised in Hinton with deep roots in the community and a rich history of family owned and operated businesses dating back to the mid 50’s. Nicole incorporated her own business in 1999 and has 10+ years experience in Government Infrastructure Management as well as 24 years as an independent contract Bookkeeper . Nicole’s experience combined with her local knowledge and unique insight of the Hinton area has been a valuable asset to her success in Residential / Commercial Property Management and Commercial Sales.
